Dilution Ratio - Mix 1 capful (~20ml) of Cipher Floor Cleaner in half bucket (4 litre) of water.

1. Gently scrub or mop the surface.
2. No need to rinse.

What is the dilution ratio of this product?

For normal soil: Dilute 1 cap (~20ml) in 4 litre water (Ration 1: 200). For heavy soil: Dilute 1 cap in 1 litre water (Ratio 1: 50). 1 Cap is approx 20ml.

Is the product safe for all types of flooring?

Yes. Cipher Floor cleaner is formulated to be safe for most types of flooring, including tile, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood. However, we recommend testing in a small, inconspicuous area first for wooden floorings and other floors not listed here.

Can this product remove oil and grease from my floor?

Cipher floor cleaner is effective against mild oil and grease stains. For optimum results, you can use with Cipher Degreaser. Add Degreaser (20ml) to your diluted floor cleaner liquid in the same bucket and mop your floor. For stubborn oils, clean with degreaser first and then mop with Cipher Floor Cleaner.
