Cancellation and Returns

At Cipher, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel an order or return a product. Please read our policy below for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email us at care@shopcipher.in and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped yet. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund for the order. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Return Policy

While we take great care in packaging and delivering your products, we understand that there may be rare cases where you are not satisfied with what you receive. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at care@shopcipher.in or call us at +918142128932 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that we do not accept general returns. However, if the product you receive is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will initiate the return process. To do so, we will require your order number and photographic evidence of the faulty product. Once we have received this information, we will guide you through the return process.
